The registration fee and number of seats for each event are shown on that event's registration page.
The registration fee for an event is the amount shown on that event's registration page, per participant. The fee covers the session itself and any materials or resources provided as part of it.
Payment is accepted by direct bank transfer only. After you complete your RSVP, you will receive the transfer details. Your seat is not confirmed until your payment proof has been received and verified by our team.
Seats are limited to the number shown on the registration page. Submitting an RSVP does not guarantee a seat. Your seat is confirmed only after:
If every seat is already reserved when you register, you are added to the waitlist and contacted if a seat opens. We may release an unconfirmed seat to the waitlist after 5 business days of non-payment.

If we cancel an event, every confirmed participant receives:
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disaster, public health emergency, or other unforeseeable events), the event may be rescheduled. Confirmed participants will be offered a seat at the rescheduled event; where rescheduling is not possible, we will offer either a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at the participant's choice.
We are not liable for any additional costs (for example travel or accommodation) incurred in connection with a cancellation or rescheduling.
If we reschedule an event, registered participants are notified at least 7 days in advance. A participant who cannot attend the new date may request a full refund or transfer their seat.
Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days of our written confirmation, by bank transfer to the account used for the original payment.
