OBR Digital Marketing ("we", "us", "our") runs Steady Shift, a private work copilot for busy professionals, currently in a free beta. This policy explains what we collect when you join the beta and use the app, and how we use it.

The demo workday inside the app is stored only in your own browser, not on our servers. When you choose Start my own day, what you add there (your commitments, daily deliveries, protected personal time and working hours) is saved to your account so it is available on your other devices and can carry into future versions of Steady Shift.
We do not collect payment card details. If you pay a founding-member deposit, payment is by bank transfer or through PayPal, which handles your card or account details directly.
Voice Discovery asks about your work. Please don't include client or customer names, account numbers, case details or anything confidential to your employer. Refer to colleagues by first name or initials. Check your employer's policy on using personal tools for work planning.
We will not use your information for unrelated purposes, and we never sell it.
Your information is stored in our database hosted on Supabase, with industry-standard security. Only OBR Digital Marketing can access it. Sign-in links work once and expire after 60 minutes; we store only a scrambled (hashed) version of each link.
We keep beta data for up to 24 months after the beta ends, then securely delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Email obrdigitalmarketing@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your details, feedback, usage history and Voice Discovery answers together.
When you sign in, we set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out removes it. The app also saves your demo workday in your browser's local storage so it's there when you come back. We use Google Analytics on the public pages to understand overall traffic; it may set analytics cookies.
Steady Shift is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as the beta develops. Changes will be posted here with a new date, and we'll email testers about significant changes.
